ABOUT THE POSITION:

REQUIREMENTS:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Review client's design questionnaires and prepare for their design consultation where all selections for their remodeling or construction project will be made.
-Document selections
-Prepare floor plans & elevations with all design aspects noted for the project managers to quote
-Prepare digital design presentations for each client, showcasing the products selected, scope of work in each area, and elevations/renderings.
-Prepare work orders for each project detailing all design aspects including product selections, scope of work, elevations with product placement, etc.
-Confirm accuracy of all selections prior to project managers ordering products
-Opportunity to help with furniture design & presentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Revit: 2 years (Required)
• AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred)
• Sketchup: 2 years (Preferred)
