Interior Design Lead

Summary: Seeking an Interior Design Lead with extensive experience in industrial Interior Design, proficiency in architectural software, and strong leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Must have 8+ years of Interior Design experience

• Professional License (AIA, NCARB and NCIDQ) required

• Proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, and BlueBeam is essential

• Proven experience creating trusting and professional relationships with clients and colleagues

• Experience with responsibility for project design budget & financial performance

• Experience effectively presenting to clients and stakeholders through multimedia

• Willingness to travel

Preferred Skills:

• 12+ years of Interior Design experience

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new clients and opportunities in collaboration with Project Executives

• Deliver Interior Design services collaboratively with project managers

• Perform work on all phases of Architectural and Interior Design projects including Design Development, preparation of drawings, specifications, design review etc.

• Prepare construction documents for Interior Design deliverables following company standards

• Research new materials and innovative solutions suitable for the project

• Create project narratives, space plans and develop/modify production drawings

• Coordinate projects from initial programming stage through construction administration including furniture selection

• Identify client issues or concerns and develop meaningful solutions to the problem

• Assist Project Architect / Project Manager throughout construction administration

• Develop best practices, training initiatives alongside Technical Practice leader (TPL) and Department Leader (DL)

• Assist TPL / DL with effective deployment of best practices

• Focus on continuous improvement of project delivery quality for Interior Design services.

   

 

 

Pay Details: $63.00 to $84.00 per hour
