Premier Project Management provides design, procurement, engineering development and project management services to hotels. This includes implementing the majority of capital improvements for properties owned by Ashford Hospitality Trust (NYSE: AHT) and Braemar Hotels and Resorts (NYSE: BHR), and other hotel ownership group.
Responsibilities:
- Possess an interest in Interior Design and the hospitality industry.
- Work collaboratively with individuals throughout the organization.
- Assist in preparing design presentations for Ownership and the hotel Brands using a combination of sketches, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
- Learn how to communicate with Brand design representatives.
- Learn how to prepare construction documents.
- Develop an understanding of interior construction means, methods and procedures as well as building and accessibility codes.
- Attend weekly project conference calls.

- Rising junior earning a degree in Interior Design.
- Comfortable with personal responsibility and accountability and embraces open communication and collaboration
- Possess professional poise and polish, and demonstrate flexibility and the ability to communicate verbally to many personality types
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint and Photoshop)
- Strong desire to learn.
