Interim Director of Nursing

Rochester Manor + Villa is looking for an Interim Director of Nursing. This role is responsible for administration of Nursing services in an assigned nursing center on a temporary basis. The Interim Director of Nursing is managing transitional issues related to changes in nursing center leadership and working through logistics and challenges to ensure effective operations during the transitional period.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to nursing staff
• Oversee clinical services and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain high-quality patient care
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

Must posses a current unencumbered RN license for Pennsylvania, this is an on-site role; Long Term Experience required.
