Teaneck Nursing Center is looking for a Dietary Cook.
Compensation for the Cook
- Hourly Range: $13.50 to $15.00 /hour
Requirement of the Cook
- Must be able to cook a variety of foods in large quantities according to the facility menu
- Must be able to prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations
Responsibilities of the Cook
- Provide meals according to facility menu, while following therapeutic diets and texture modification, etc.
- Cook must assist dietary aides as necessary and direct other employees in the absence of the food service director
- Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements
