- Direct the delivery of all organization's creative assets and ensures all creative executions align with the company's brand and strategies.
- Oversee the assignment work and timeline management for all creative projects; plan and track deadlines with internal teams and clients to ensure on-time delivery of all creative materials.
- Coach and mentor Creative Services team to enhance performance, expand capabilities and build a skilled and knowledgeable team. This includes providing ongoing mentoring and training of staff to develop and encourage their performance; meet with staff on a timely basis for the purpose of conducting personnel evaluations and providing feedback.
- Champion brand positioning and standards at every point of contact; set and maintain the integrity of creative standards in all creative assets and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Chief Marketing Officer to forecast resource needs and obtain and manage resources to meet project requirements.
- Support and influence leadership in the evaluation, development and refinement of strategic marketing campaigns and communications at the individual project, program and brand levels.
- Seek and engage with all stakeholders in aligning the company's brand, promotional and strategic communications; builds strong, collaborative business partnerships with key clients, colleagues and partners.

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related degree (or equivalent combination of experience and education) required. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of managerial experience of direct reports.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in graphic design, concept development & exposure to production management for offline & online marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage creative output (copy and design) with both strategy (fits with brand expression and objectives) and executional detail (costs, timing, consequences, overruns, capability assessments). ●
- Strong computer/technology skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with digital asset/content asset management preferred.
- Comfortable leading working teams through projects, and interfacing with management teams to solve problems & manage expectations.
- Must have exposure to print, production, and video best practices, procedures and operations related to a marketing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including team communication and client service skills.
- Full-time hours required, with additional hours as necessary.
- Proficient verbal and written skills to effectively communicate in the English language.
