Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a motivated Intelligence Analystto join our growing team! In this role you will integrate data from diverse intelligence disciplines to include SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINT to provide time-critical All-Source, Multi-INT, and Fusion Analysis support. You must be able to comprehend and distill all sources of information, including INTs, open source material, technical data, and other government information on specific topics of interest under limited supervision.
What You'll Be Doing:
Review and evaluate incoming intelligence reports and technical information, collection plans, and programs;
Tailor intelligence and threat analysis of the information to the customer’s requirements;
Develop conclusions, assessments and estimates based upon knowledge of current and past intelligence situations, and an understanding of the significance of conditions and trends;
Produce specialized intelligence and threat analysis reports in accordance with established analytic tradecraft standards;
Generate information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations and other designated products in support of the customer’s information and technical support requirements; and
Help to establish methodologies for problems which do not appear to be susceptible to treatment by generally accepted methods
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Active TS/SCI Clearance, with the ability/willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph
2+ years of relevant experience in either collection requirements management, intelligence analysis, or technical reporting
Excellent writing, collaboration and communication skills
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Knowledge on conducting targeted searches and analyses of intelligence databases and toolsets
Familiarization with data mining tools
Experience with analytic tradecraft standards, to include ICD 203 and ICD 206
