As our dedicated creative expert, you will work remotely, combining your skills in video editing and graphic design to elevate our podcasts, YouTube content, and digital graphics. This contract role offers a yearly compensation of $6,000, with potential for growth and bonuses linked to tangible improvements in engagement and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities:
Video and Graphic Mastery: Transform raw material into polished, compelling videos and graphics that enhance our brand identity and audience engagement.
Content Consistency: Meet weekly targets of 2 podcasts and 10 reels, maintaining a 3-4 week content buffer.
Engagement and Branding: Use your creativity to boost key engagement metrics like views, shares, and comments, aligning content with our brand's vision.
Creative Direction: Take the reins of our visual content, acting as a hands-on Creative Director to ensure our brand looks polished, professional, and distinctively 'us'.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in both video editing and graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your engaging and creative work.
Proficiency in editing software and graphic design tools, adapting seamlessly to new technologies.
Strong self-management skills, thriving in a remote work environment and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English for effective team collaboration.
Availability Requirement:
While we offer global flexibility, you must be available for key meetings, particularly our weekly L10 meeting at Noon EST every Monday.
