Voyager Home Health Care currently provides in-home Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Personal Care Worker services throughout the state of Colorado. The company currently has four CNA schools (https://www.getcna.co/) which are unique in that they allow students to take their classes in an online format while enabling them to attend in-person clinical and practice labs. Why We Need You
Voyager is continuing to grow and in order to help with marketing and reaching targeted audiences, we are looking for a Video Editor Assistant to help develop projects and get the word out about Voyager. We are ideally looking for someone who is proficient in editing and can start handling projects independently very quickly. We are open to taking someone who has less experience but is highly motivated to learn and hone their skills.
Video Editor
We are looking for a Video Editor Assistant with a passion for filming and editing to work alongside our Video Editor and team of content creators. You will be responsible for editing videos for a variety of social media platforms including YouTube and TikTok. The ideal candidate will utilize advanced techniques, incorporating music, voiceovers, graphics, and other effects in the editing process. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Edit videos for a variety of platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and any other projects Voyager may require
- Edit videos for in-house training and advertisement purposes
- Utilize additional elements to enhance edits with music, voiceovers, graphics, and effects
- Take notes on cuts and adjust edits to revisions
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
- Ability to prioritize projects and change priorities accordingly
- Communicate project timelines and manage project expectations from assignment to delivery with project managers
- Assist with recording, set setup, and set teardown
- Assist with data management
- Take direction, as well as work independently or in a team environment
- Assist with filming as needed

Skills
- Video editing: 1 year (Required)
- Chromakeying (green screen use)
- Problem-solving
- Communication (i.e. reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
- Interpersonal
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience in Adobe After Effects
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience in video production and camera operation
- Basic understanding of interview setups
- Basic understanding of lighting and audio setups
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (Preferred)
- Understanding of the ipp2 workflow (Preferred)
Hours
Monday-Friday (10:00am-6:30pm) with a 30 minute lunch break
