Job description

Integrated Master Scheduler, Junior
Key Role:
Analyze the development and manage schedules that comply with a program's Statement of Objectives (SOO), Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), and the Contract Statement of Work (CSOW). Work with DoD clients to establish and monitor the execution of the program towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. Support and manage a project and program schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively. Publish the Integrated Management System (IMS) to a SharePoint site for use by DoD personnel and support junior schedulers in the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines.
Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Project Mangement
  • Experience with using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning and organization, decision making, problem solving, work delegation, and employee development
  • Ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with Software procurement
  • Experience in licensing, pricing, and contracting policies for one or more major software vendors
  • Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Execution (PPBE) process
  • Knowledge of enterprise or integrated schedules
  • Knowledge of Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA)
  • Ability to be hands-on
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Microsoft Project Black Belt Certification
  • PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,400.00 to $93,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
