Job description

Integrated Master Scheduler, Senior
Key Role:
Develop, analyze, and manage schedules that comply with a program's Statement of Objectives (SOO), Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), and the Contract Statement of Work (CSOW). Work with DoD clients to establish and monitor the execution of the program towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. Create, manage, and support a project or program schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively. Publish the Integrated Management Schedule (IMS) to a SharePoint site for use by DoD personnel, and support project acquisition leads and coordinators in the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines.
Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with building and managing program or project schedules using the Critical Path Method (CPM)
  • 5+ years of experience with the acquisition lifecycle within the DoD
  • Experience with using scheduling tools, including Milestones Professional, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Online, or Primavera
  • Experience with conducting schedule analysis and briefing findings to project leadership, clients, and stakeholders
  • Experience with developing and implementing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
  • Experience with using Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Secret clearance
  • Associate's degree

Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices and estimation techniques
  • Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Execution (PPBE) process
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to present key findings from data analysis to Flag Officers, Senior Executives, and the project team
  • Ability to demonstrate a growth mindset, learn new skills continuously, and improve the project environment
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
