Intake Specialist

Morizio Law Firm is a rapidly growing Stratford, Connecticut based law firm that is looking for a motivated individual to join our client-centered team.

The position’s focus is to secure relevant case information from prospective clients involved in workers’ compensation claims with the goal of providing a compassionate route to expert legal services. The position requires strong communication skills via phone, text and email, speedy data entry, ability to utilize forms and performance of tasks related to intake of information. The ideal candidate is tenacious, understanding and patient.

We are looking for an individual who is focused and is able to manage a high volume of calls efficiently. Strong people skills are necessary. Commitment to our clients, firm growth, the specialty of workers’ compensation law and our community are our drivers.

Duties Include:

· Representing Morizio Law Firm as the first point of contact to clients

· Maintaining world class client experience

· Collaborating and coordinating with our legal team

· Maintaining and organizing documents, records, incoming faxes and emails and updating the company calendar

· Receptionist duties

This is a Full Time in-office position, Monday- Friday 8:30- 5:00pm.

Spanish-speaking ability is encouraged, but not a pre-requisite.

Law Firm experience is preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
