Job Description
Join our dynamic legal team as a Customer Service Intake Specialist and play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to provide fair and efficient representation for our clients. Working under the general supervision of the Client Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing various administrative functions crucial to the success of our paralegals and attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete all intake and case-related documentation on a daily basis to support legal proceedings.
Process intranet requests, conduct research, and update information in our Case Management system accurately and in a timely manner.
Utilize organizational skills, attention to detail, and Case Management system knowledge to ensure swift availability of client- and case-related documentation for the legal team.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma required; institutional degree in a related field preferred.
One (1) to four (4) years of progressive work experience in a law firm or comparable field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to follow up without explicit direction.
Ability to grasp concepts, perform internet research, and demonstrate overall competence in navigating programs
.
Must be deadline-driven, highly organized, and exude a positive professional demeanor with a variety of people.
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure proper documentation of intake information in our case management system.
Maintain and update our case management evidence database.
Maintain and update our case management exposure site database.
