Intake Specialist

Thrive Family Services, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, honest, and self-driven individual. This is a highly demanding and rewarding position. We are a fast growing mental health agency that currently provides outpatient counseling and medication management to individuals and families in York County. We are actively working to change the world starting with our local community. The individual in this position must have office experience in mental or medical health, be very detail oriented, desire to get things done timely and efficiently, display strong customer care skills, and be able to multi-task in a productive manner. The hours are 10am-6pm Monday through Friday. Some of the job responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls

• Greet Clients when they arrive

• Complete the intake/referral paperwork

• Manage the waitlist

• Ensure all consents are completed

• Input client information and financial responsibilities into the electronic medical record

• Troubleshoot insurance benefits

• Collect ALL co-pays PRIOR to sessions

• Medical Record management

• Maintain office cleanliness and disinfecting

• Create a stress-free environment

• Assist with scheduling for counselors when needed

• Complete quality care calls and surveys

• Able to work independently
