We are seeking motivated individuals to coordinate patient/client intake process for our in-home provider care program (also known as PAS or PHC services). This opportunity will bring you into the exciting and growing field of provider services.

Responsibilities will include:
- Processing paperwork for referrals
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, doctors, and case workers
- Receive incoming referrals and verify eligibility of referral for services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- One to two years in a healthcare office setting
- Experience with insurance verification, medical records, or patient financial services strongly preferred.
- Basic understanding of managed care organizations preferred.
