Intake Coordinator Part Time

We are seeking an individual for our Intake Coordinator position who will complement our existing staff of individuals who provide evidence-base, high quality care.

We are looking for an individual who -

Responsibilities include -

• Answering telephone
• Obtain new patient information, complete patient registration
• Schedule appointments
• Verify patient eligibility with insurance companies
• Obtain prior authorizations for appointments, medications, testing and procedures
• Perform clerical work as needed within a Medical Records System
• Assist with front desk responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year medical office experience
• EMR
• Computer experience
• Insurance verification/authorization
• Good communication skills
• Positive and professional personality

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
