Qualifications and Requirements:
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Required)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
- Medical background: 1 year (Required)
- Current Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, professional reference check, and drug/alcohol screening test
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with outside healthcare facilities to schedule Skilled Home Health care.
- Check Faxes
- Check Hospital online portals.
- Fill out intake forms.
