Insurance Verification Representative

Dallas Nephrology Associates (DNA) is a large independent single specialty practice with numerous offices located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Insurance Verification Representative in our Dallas office. This team member will be responsible for gathering, verifying, applying, and maintaining accurate patient demographic and insurance information including pre-certifications.

Requirements include:

• Minimum two years medical office experience with knowledge of Medicare and managed care rules/regulations and experience in Insurance Verification is required.

This position is hybrid. The candidate will be required to live in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex and commute to the office during the first 2 months (potentially longer depending on training) for onsite training. After the training period has been completed then remote work will be allowed pending manager discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
