Insurance Verification Director (Consultant)

This is a temporary consultant role.

Brault is a revenue cycle management, billing and coding company exclusively serving acute care independent physician practices. We are a privately-held and family-owned business founded in 1990.

Duties
We are looking for an RCM Consultant who can assist us in leveraging technology to improve processes within our Insurance Coding Department. Insurance Coding is responsible for vetting, cross-walking, and/or correcting automated electronic demographic data as well as the accurate posting of non-automated paper records.

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in insurance systems and software
• Knowledge of medical coding, billing, and collection processes, including Medi-Cal and CMS regulations
• Expertise with network and file transfer operations
• 5+ years experience in a management role with Insurance Verification/Eligibility Management
• Proven track record with Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing insurance claims

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
