Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for various types of insurance, including personal and commercial lines.
Update client information and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
Prepare and send out insurance quotes to clients.
Coordinate meetings and appointments for agents and clients.
Assist in cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
Transition into finding and developing leads independently.
Adapt to and utilize multiple systems efficiently to manage client data and insurance policies.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Fluency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) is required.
Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 60-90 days of starting.
Proficiency in computer skills and a quick learner of new software systems.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a State Farm or Allstate style business, is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
