Promote BRC core values of Compassion, Stewardship, and Innovation.
Work with the BRC Well-being team to meet the holistic needs of BRC residents.
Partner with the BRC Well-being team to create a monthly Life Enrichment calendar that provides opportunities to support social, physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental, intellectual, vocational, and financial well-being.
Cultivate relationships with individuals and groups on and outside of BRC campus to support Life Enrichment programming.
Plan monthly resident outings to ensure engaging, safe, and well-coordinated opportunities for residents to experience life outside our campus.
Work with Assisted Living administration to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations and guidelines.
Maintain a relationship with IDT to enhance whole-person wellness.
Continually evaluate Life Enrichment programs to ensure they are meeting the needs of residents and the organization.
Keep track of resident's activities and participation in PointClickCare healthcare database.
Communicate Life Enrichment programming opportunities on all applicable BRC communication platforms.
Complete resident Life Enrichment assessment upon resident admission and as deemed necessary by any significant change to identify how the well-being team can best support the holistic needs of each resident. (As part of small groups, large groups and on an individual level.)
Partner and support Life Enrichment programming opportunities for residents residing in BRC Memory Support Households.
Utilize technology resources to support Life Enrichment programs and well-being.
Engage BRC Extended family support for Life Enrichment programming.
Actively participate in continuing education and training related to professional development.
Develop and maintain relationships with the greater community and volunteers as a bridge for holistic support.
Being a good steward of resources, oversee Assisted LivingLife Enrichment budget. Be actively involved in creating and continually evaluating a budget that meets the needs of BRC residents and the organization.
