Mega Property & Casualty Insurance Agency in Cumming is seeking to fill a select position within our organization. We are looking for an individual who has prior customer service in the insurance industry.

Insurance Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:
- Handle everyday customer service needs (billing inquires, endorsements, take payments.. etc)
- Ask for referrals
- Retain customers
- Make cross-sell calls to existing customers
- Ability to overcome objections
- Manage staff
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, warm lead calling and other lead sources.

Insurance Customer Service Requirements:
- Property Casualty license/Personal Lines license - or in the process of obtaining
- Must have a proven customer service background or experience in handling consumers needs/concerns
- Successful track record of meeting quotas preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
