About this Position

You will play an important role by making outbound calls and answering inbound calls from customers to educate policyholders on safety-related resources.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Essential Functions:
- Answer inbound calls from customers to resolve inquiries related to safety information and promote safety resources.
- Reference how-to documents, FAQ’s, safety videos, and online content to educate callers.
- Schedule safety survey appointments and prepare related paperwork.
- Compose and send correspondence to customers.
- Maintain database information related to customer calls and safety information.
- Support compliance and regulatory written documentation for our field consultants.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of customer service, insurance, and/or loss control experience.
- Working knowledge of industrial hygiene, safety laws, rules, and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
