Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Document each customer contact in agency management system.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Ask each customer for referrals.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
Requirements
- Must have a Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Prior experience in an auto and home insurance sales office a must.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Punctuality a must.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is a must.
