Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities include:
- Supporting producers in an Account Manager role
- Directly working with clients, producers and company underwriters
- Managing existing accounts, day to day servicing
- Process quotes, renewals and issue policies
- Prepare proposals to be presented to the client
- Claims processing
- Certificate and endorsement processing for clients
- Ability to articulate and communicate coverage to clients
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active Oregon property and casualty license
- Experience managing a busy desk- ability to prioritize
- Independent insurance agency experience
- Experience handling private client customers, high value homes, collections, etc.
- Experience operating AMS 360 preferred
- Comfortable on the phone
