Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Create & maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Requirements
- MUST have a minimum 1 year Insurance Customer Service experience *REQUIRED*
- MUST have experience working remotely and have a quiet, private, dedicated work station set up for an office
- Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
- Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Have the ability to answer client's questions efficiently and effectively.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to obtain or possess an active Property & Casualty and/Life & Health Insurance license
