SalaryWell established captive insurance agency is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative. A strong base pay and paid training is offered.
We are looking for a Customer Service person who enjoys building relationships and maintaining business with existing customers.
Job responsibilities of this role would entail:
- Answering customer phone calls
- Taking customer billing payments
- Making changes to customers policies
- Quoting new business
- Following up with customers is a must
- Being a team player with other co-workers
Whether you are new to the industry or you have insurance experience and need a change of pace, you would like our office guaranteed! Must be licensed (we can help) prior to start date.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
