- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Register patients and ensure all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and provide/collect information to patients
- Assist with appointments and cancellations as needed
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Calculate co-pays accurately
- Work as a team with other front office team members
```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, preferably Eaglesoft
- Ability to handle cash/check/card transactions accurately
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
