Form of workHigginbotham, a privately held, independent insurance and financial services firm that ranks within the top 20 nationwide, has an immediate opening for an Implementation Coordinator in our Fort Worth office.
The candidate must be motivated to succeed, well organized, able to prioritize the workload, and able to work well within Day 2 Services teams. The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for the successful organization of the implementation team for COBRA, Direct Bill, State Continuation and CDHP/FSA/DCAP and HRA’s.
Essential Tasks:
- Work with team to update and maintain implementation tracker and continually monitor implementation deliverables.
- Create weekly report for account managers and producers
- Prescreens implementation paperwork for completeness.
- Prescreens emails to help determine who they need to go to
- Helps team with formatting census files.
- Communicating regularly with clients to provide updates
- Attention to detail to ensure clients receive the correct advice and support
- Aid in the Migration process for WEX and new partnerships as needed.
- Provide promotional material to be sent to new and existing clients
- Respond to all requests made by the client and/or producer or account manager within the same business day
- Other tasks as assigned
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, ADOBE Writer and CVS formats
- Understand SPD, SBC and benefits
- Possess strong interpersonal and proactive troubleshooting skills
- Utilize excellent organizational and time management skills
- Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to work independently
- Understand Smart Sheet
- COBRA and CDHP experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens
- Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person
- Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, 10-key
- Walking, bending, sitting, reaching and stretching in all directions
