SalaryInsurance Verification: Verify and validate patient insurance coverage and benefits. Communicate with insurance providers to obtain necessary authorizations and pre-certifications. Update and maintain accurate insurance information in the electronic health records system.
Patient Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to patients regarding billing inquiries and insurance-related matters. Explain insurance policies and financial responsibilities to patients. Assist patients in understanding their medical bills and coordinate payment arrangements.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of billing and insurance transactions. Document communication with insurance providers and patients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Front Office and administrative team to streamline patient registration and billing workflows.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
