The primary role of the agent is to sell insurance to qualified prospects while ensuring continued profitable agency growth, according to specific goals. You will prospect for new clients, sell additional coverage to existing clients, and retain existing, assigned accounts. Compensation is commensurate with industry standards plus an aggressive commission-based incentive package.
