Insurance Account Manager - Energy & Marine

We are a niche Energy Insurance Solutions Brokerage that is looking for an experienced

Energy & MarineAccount Manager:

Falcon West Insurance Brokers’ Energy & Marine team is growing at a rapid pace and we are searching for a capable Account Manager to handle and service our Energy, Gas & Oil clients. This role is directly responsible for supporting our producers and clients, marketing renewals, and problem solving for energy and marine insurance lines.

Qualifications/Knowledge:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working on energy related insurance programs

- Energy Risk Insurance Specialist/IRMI Designation preferred

- CMIP designation from LIG Marine would be advantageous

- Fluent in energy/marine coverages, including but not limited to USL&H, MEL, Jones Act, P&I, Hull and Machinery, Control of Well, and Energy packages both onshore and offshore

- Advantageous to be experienced in multi-national insurance programs

Responsibilities:

- Reviewing contracts and MSAs for standard and acceptable language

- Issuing COIs that meet contract requirements

- Respond to client questions on coverages

- Interacting with the carriers on coverages needs and changes

- Managing claims process

- Marketing/placement/servicing of select lines of insurance and execution of day to day administrative and service needs

- Enjoys challenges and finding solutions

- Desire to aid in the growth of a rapidly expanding team in a successful energy practice

- Eagerness to learn and continue your insurance education through classes and certifications

Working Conditions

- Work from home/Remote Full-Time Monday through Friday

- Computer equipment provided

- Job may require traveling to meet with clients (infrequent)

- Will directly work with two producers and the owner

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
