This position will be responsible for leading faculty in the planning, development, and delivery of instructional courses. The selected candidate will create and deliver faculty professional development related to course development and teaching practices; lead in the design, redesign, development and delivery of course material; identify problems and recommend solutions related to the design and development of courses.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsA bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology or related field with two (2) years experience.
Preferred QualificationsPreferred Master’s degree in Learning and Design Technology or related field with experience in designing and implementing distance, face to face, and hybrid learning courses; proven project management experience; knowledge of instructional design principles and sound pedagogical methods, and technologies associated with implementing effective student learning strategies.
