YSI is seeking a highly qualified Instructional Designer.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline and at least 10 years of direct or industry related experience. An education level of a master’s degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline is desired.
- If the Senior Instructional Designer or Equivalent has a Master’s Degree, then at least 8 years of direct or industry related experience is required. The Senior Instructional Designer or Equivalent must have the following skill specific related experience:
- A minimum of 3 years performing independent curriculum development, content curation, and delivering training on complex financial or accounting concepts.
- A minimum of 1 year providing training on supporting executive levels in the DoD or Federal Government.
- Ability to provide training on communications methodologies and delivery related to contractor provided strategic communications plan and the execution of associated deliverables.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Finance and Accounting experience with the DoD: 3 years (Preferred)
