SalaryWe are working with our client in locating an Instructional Designer Consultant to work with the Customer Experience Learning group supporting learning initiatives for over 4,000 agents, including creating learning programs for groundbreaking program to streamline distribution of pharmaceutical products. The consultant will play a crucial role in assisting with various hybrid learning deliverables.
Key Qualifications
Start Date: Jan 2024
Duration: 9 months with possible extension
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: 100% Virtual
The pay range is $55 to $60 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Instructional Design, particularly with blended learning approaches.
- Expertise in learning strategy, with the ability to make recommendations during the project intake process.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality instructional content.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and educational technologies.
