We’re seeking an Instructional Design Consultant 1-2 on the Workplace Savings and Retirement Solutions (WSRS) Learning and Development Solutions team. In this role, you'll use your training and design knowledge combined with your strong project management skills to make a difference for your business partners!

The goals of the Instructional Design Consultants are challenging. But through challenge, comes growth and satisfaction. You will be working with several internal partners to:
- Design, develop, and implement learning interventions that get results and support RIS business strategies and initiatives.
- Consult with leaders, business partners, and trainers to analyze what leaders and employees need to know and do.
- Develop recommendations for delivering effective training and engage leaders and employees throughout the learning experience, emphasizing adult learning.
- Design tactics for getting leaders involved in helping their employees through change.
- Use the data you collect to establish metrics to improve the training we design and recommendations we make for leaders to take action on.
- Help keep curriculum materials updated.

Who You Are:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 8 years’ work experience.
- 2+ years Instructional Design experience, which could include the following experience: designing training using adult learning strategies and Instructional Design methods; e-learning design and development; carrying out measurement strategies.
- Experience in Instructional Systems Design (ADDIE Methodology), adult and competency-based learning
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate with individuals at all levels to create training solutions to achieve strategic goals.
- Strong problem solving, time management, analytical, organizational, presentation, decision-making, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to effectively handle change in a dynamic environment.
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out:
- Experience developing and designing engaging learning solutions that positively impact business outcomes
- Experience designing and developing online learning and using graphics to illustrate processes and concepts
- Experience developing and driving change management strategies
- Industry knowledge a plus
- Proficiency with multimedia tools such as: Articulate, Adobe, PowerPoint, Camtasia, Snagit, etc.
We’ll consider talent at the Instructional Design Consultant 2 level with the right experience and skills. The qualifications listed above are for the Instructional Design Consultant 1 level.
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $51000 - $121200 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Additional Information:Location
