General Description:
The qualified candidate will focus on creating long term professional relationships and new business development for their respective market. This position will engage with clients to market and propose automation, audio, video, security, and network solutions. This position requires a high achiever with an effective skillset in prospecting new clients as well as identifying supplemental needs of current clients to proactively grow the business and maximize our value of each client relationship. This is a unique opportunity for an individual that enjoys identifying needs in the market and positioning the Company to deliver the complete solution.
Qualifications and knowledge/skills/abilities:
- 3-5 years of sales experience desired
- Demonstrated success in selling complex customer solutions
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, including demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of clientele
- Demonstrate confidence, positive attitude, perseverance, organizational and follow-through skills
- Self-motivated, self-directed, accountable contributor with a focus on career and business growth

Reference AVS offers a competitive base salary plus and incentive plan after initial waiting period. Includes benefits package: comprehensive healthcare plan, paid vacation, paid holidays, and a 401k retirement plan.
Full-time position requires a minimum of 40-45 hours a week and no overnight travel. This is not a remote position.
Pay: Base salary commensurate with experience plus incentive pay. No limit on earning potential.
