Position: The Institutional Equity Research Sales team is actively looking for an Analyst for the New York City office.
Role:
We are looking for a junior salesperson to work with several senior salespeople on the institutional sales desk in NY. You will be working closely with salespeople that are focused on hedge fund accounts. You will be engaged in account organization and maintenance including client contact information, client interaction tracking and research subscriptions.
In addition, you will be helping clients with conferences, summits, corporate access, and ECM deals. This role will grow into writing up stock ideas and engaging with clients. We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated with high energy and a great attitude.
Superb organizational skills

Ability to analyze data and present conclusions concisely
Accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail in aspects of work product
A resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as team player
Ability to communicate and execute concepts and ideas, both verbally and via documentation, and be able to defend their validity and target messages to different audiences
Ability to work independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time
Series 7 & 63 licenses (or ability to pass exams)
The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000.
