This position sits within ICM CAO Organization and provides operational support for both ‘Build' and ‘Run' activities related to ICM CPE Organization including Risk Analytics, Monitoring and Management functions and Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Underwriting (UW) function which provides analysis, greenlight, underwriting, first-line-of-defense credit approval and subsequent credit monitoring across all CCR verticals including Funds, Hedge Funds, Real Money, Inter-affiliates, SPV and SES.
This individual will report to the ICM-CPE Global Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
Key Responsibilities:
Execute against the following CAO responsibilities to support the ICM Counterparty Exposure and CCR Pillars to ensure the business is well coordinated, monitored, and in compliance with staffing related initiatives:
- Manage the overall governance and controls framework within the ICM- CPE organization
- Act as the primary liaison with internal and external audit sources including Regulatory, FCR and Internal Audit
- Provides project support to ensure the execution under ICM CCR owned issues / CAPs are properly remediated per policy
- Work with CCR pillar leads and ICM Risk and Control to Ensure governance and controls framework is fit for purpose across the ICM CCR verticals, specifically the ARCM and MCA framework
- Ensure that the business specific documents and roles and responsibilities are updated and maintained in accordance with any changes to business strategy, policies and procedures
- Coordinate the development and implementation of consistent and standard Quality Control framework across the ICM- CCR verticals
- Interface with CCR verticals to develop and assess adequacy of KPIs to drive scorecard metric and facilitate the reporting of the KPI results and trends
- Develop and run various Governance forums, including organization of materials, providing status updates
- Engage with ICM CCR function heads to understand any concerns regarding execution of the control environment and/or other applicable emerging concerns which will need to be addressed by the team
- Ensure ongoing and timely feedback to vertical heads to sustain a strong control culture and an unwavering commitment to excellence in execution
- Demonstrates managerial maturity in looking out for the best interests of the enterprise
- Strong organizational and project management skills; proficient at managing complex projects across the wholesale bank
- Highly skilled communicator who ensures key messages are cascaded throughout the organization
- Act as liaison between the CCR team and the various 2LOD and Business Units and Policy groups for discussions around changes to policies and procedures, and management of dispensations
- Support the ICM CCR and other global function/business partners and regional CAOs on strategic initiatives / projects
- Experience in effectively engaging with banking regulators, FCR, and Internal Audit is a plus
- Good knowledge of Citi´s risk systems and operational infrastructure
- Understanding of Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR) management and background in Operational Risk Management will be a plus
- Experience in facilitating the execution of key processes and implementation of programs that for effecting operational risk management .

Experience and Qualifications:
- 12+ years of relevant work experience
- Direct experience in corporate lending, an Underwriting function or equivalent and/ or credit risk management
- Credit Officer or Senior Credit Officer initial preferred but not required
- Language skills in addition to English a plus (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese)
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred and managerial experience
