Fraco USA is a construction equipment rental / sales company with manufacturing facilities in Montreal Canada. We rent, install, maintain, and manufacture state-of-the-art mast access and elevation system equipment.

We are looking for an Installer / Mechanical Aptitude for our mast climbing work platforms, elevators, and hoist equipment typically installed on construction job sites. Mainly, you will be responsible for installation, operation, and dismantling of mast climbing equipment. The equipment may also include elevators and hoist equipment for specific applications. This position requires consistent weekly / overnight travel in multiple states.

What do we mean by Installer?

• Installation, operation, and dismantling of access systems on construction job sites (Mast-climbing work platforms, transport platforms, hoists, elevators, etc.)
• Reading / understanding engineering layouts / plans.
• Communication / Customer relations on construction job sites.
• Training of customers related to operation, installation, and dismantling of Mast-climbing equipment.
• Perform mechanical / operational visual inspections.
• Provide support both customers and end users.
• Must be comfortable working safely at height – up to 600’+.

What we want as experiences and training:

· Experience in the construction industry is Required (specifically related to Mast-Climbers, Construction Hoists, Transport Platforms, and industrial elevators)

· Clean Driving Record.

· Ability to operate forklift.

· Forklift and rigging certifications.

· OSHA 10 / 30-hour certifications.
