Flooring Installer

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flooring Installer to join our team. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials, including tile, carpet, hardwood, and vinyl. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair flooring materials according to industry standards and specifications
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
- Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and removing any existing flooring or debris
- Lay out flooring materials in a pattern or design as specified by the client
- Use power tools and hand tools to install flooring materials
- Apply adhesives, nails, staples, or other fasteners to secure flooring materials
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Clean up work area and dispose of any waste materials properly

Skills:
- Proficiency in various flooring installation techniques, including tile laying, carpet installation, hardwood installation, and vinyl installation
- Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques for subfloor preparation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate installation
- Experience in the restoration industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with power tools and other equipment used in flooring installation

Pay: $270.00 - $500.00 per day
