Installation Support Technician

DSI is looking for a full-time, Installation Support Technician. The Installation Support Technician will be responsible for customer-facing service and supply fulfillment for our new and existing customers. Printer technicians help DSI implement new business technology including the installation of Smart Boards, Copiers, Printers, and a variety of technical solutions. Additionally, our Installation Support Technician train customers on implemented technology and help troubleshoot any potential issues in the field. Installation Support Technicians are responsible for operating company vehicles, delivery, and implementation of DSI goods and services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and helping DSI in future growth endeavors.
Requirements and Qualifications:
One-year technical experience in any industry or two years technical training.
Basic IT networking concepts and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Professional Abilities – timely, responsible, and organized candidates are expected.
Physical Capacities – lifting up to 50 lbs. alone and ability to stand/sit/walk for up to 4 hours.
Travel Capacities – overnight travel up to 10 days per month.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $22.00 per year
