Installation Data Processor

The Installation Data Processor shall directly assist the Installation Department Manager with the daily functions of the department.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all Installation department jobs daily from drive sheets using all available tools to verify employee time on job, travel time and stops. Generate invoices from completed jobs.
• Filing completed paperwork in appropriate client folders
• Scheduling assistance to the Installation department for work orders and jobs
• Notify clients when jobs are scheduled to be completed. Follow up with Customer Service Report.
• Create and follow up on tasks for daily jobs
• Respond to requests and resolve complaints of Property Managers or Owners in a timely and gratifying manner
• Ensure each Property Manager receives a monthly installation report via email for each property they maintain whether or not repairs are needed jobs
• Maintain drop file of drive sheets used to close Installation work orders
• Scan and link all documents required to maintain a paperless file in the database for the Installation department
• Maintain accurate product inventory levels for Installation Department. Create and gain approval for Purchase Orders and provide to appropriate vendor. Close Received Purchase Orders
• Perform Inventory Management every quarter to keep precise levels
• Work closely with current vendors to negotiate pricing and incentive programs in effort to lower overhead costs for the company.
• Works with Dispatch Coordinator to obtain and verify proper performance reports of crews with the Installation Manager
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual will possess the following combination of education, experience, skills and qualities:

• A team player with excellent communication abilities
• Data Entry Experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft WORD, OUTLOOK and EXCEL (Office Suite 2016 or above), and the skills to learn BossLM Software.
• Ability to work independently

Reports To: Installation Department Manager

Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm (30 min lunch)
