The Data Processor is a key member of the Coke Florida’s Information Governance Organization and will support operations by managing master data while utilizing high quality standards and accuracy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accurately updates master data in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Processes customer master data and equipment placement requests in form.com and SAP.
- Regularly review and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Adhere to data governance principles and policies related to data management.
- Assist business with trouble shooting master data issues and correcting master data as needed.
- High school diploma: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, data processing or related field.
- Familiarity with data management principles and best practices.
- Able to handle high volume of requests while maintaining accuracy in the data.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel.
- Solid focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
