Installation Manager
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the installation process for various projects
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of installations
- Develope and maintain installation schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time
- Supervise installation teams, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure installations meet specifications
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during installations
- Maintain accurate documentation of installation processes and project progress
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of construction and installation processes
- Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and materials
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
