Duties and Responsibilities: As our Install Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Dispatching installers.
- Processing sales paperwork.
- Managing the installation schedule.
- Creating and managing job folders.
- Calculating task pay.
- Handling warranty calls and customer assistance with city inspections.
- Coordinating with third-party permit/HERS company.
- Managing subcontractors for additional work related to installations.
- Reviewing equipment inventory.
- Assisting with payment collection.
- Coordinating workflow with various departments.
Skills/Qualifications: We're looking for someone with:
- High energy and a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Exceptional written, math, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
- 5 years of prior administrative experience (preferred but not required).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Satisfactory passing of pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Physical Demands:
- Sitting, using hands to handle or feel, and typing.
- Speaking and hearing ability, heavy communication through talking and listening.
- Occasionally standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required.
