Duties and Responsibilities: As our Install Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Dispatching installers.
• Processing sales paperwork.
• Managing the installation schedule.
• Creating and managing job folders.
• Calculating task pay.
• Handling warranty calls and customer assistance with city inspections.
• Coordinating with third-party permit/HERS company.
• Managing subcontractors for additional work related to installations.
• Reviewing equipment inventory.
• Assisting with payment collection.
• Coordinating workflow with various departments.

Skills/Qualifications: We're looking for someone with:

• High energy and a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Exceptional written, math, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
• 5 years of prior administrative experience (preferred but not required).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Satisfactory passing of pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Physical Demands:

• Sitting, using hands to handle or feel, and typing.
• Speaking and hearing ability, heavy communication through talking and listening.
• Occasionally standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required.
