What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)
As anInside Sales Support Representative, you will be a go-to contact for our sales team. Your primary role will be confirming sales appointments, performing quality control and assisting with other operational duties. You will also be a contact for our Inside Sales team to help with special requests and maintain leads and data in our CRM.
Position Requirements:
- Customer service skills
- Schedule flexibility (Saturday shift will be required)
- Ability to communicate in multiple formats (phone, email, chat etc.)
- Experience or willingness to work independently in a remote (work from home) setting

If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!
- 1-2 years’ work experience in administrative/customer service related fields or undergraduate degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, ADP
- Communication – Speaks clearly, listens and obtains clarification, and is empathetic
- Strong written communication and composition skills
- High level of professionalism
- Task Management – Works well taking direction from different team members; Balances competing tasks efficiently with a positive attitude; Gathers and organizes information for analysis; Identifies problems and raises a flag in a timely manner
