The Inside Sales Specialist I - Equipment is responsible for processing customer orders relating to LaVista Equipment Supply inventory, managing a high phone call volume and acting as a team player to meet goals and demands of the position.
The Inside Sales Specialist I - Equipment is a Support Team role based out of our LaVista Equipment Supply Warehouse in Norcross, GA in the metro Atlanta area. Our Corporate Office Support Team consists of 300+ Associates who are committed to supporting our Operations Team as they proudly serve and create memorable experiences for our Customers. What you'll do:
- Take customer service orders, inventory, and non-inventory
- Process orders
- Assist in returns
- Assist in technical troubleshooting
- Special Order tracking
What we're looking for:
- Someone with Accurate data entry
- Basic math skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in fast paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to understand basic technical aspects and operation of restaurant equipment
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail
Experience/Educational Requirements:
- MS Office (required)
- JD Edwards/AS400 (strongly preferred)
