Job Description:

We are on the lookout for skilled Sales Specialists who are adept at navigating high-ticket sales environments, particularly those comfortable with phone-based, one-call closing techniques. Your role will focus on converting warm leads into valuable clients, utilizing your understanding of digital marketing to offer tailored solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and convert warm leads into sales through scheduled calls.
• Employ one-call closing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Understand and articulate the value of digital marketing services to prospective clients.
• Foster and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation and sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in high-ticket sales environments, with a strong emphasis on phone sales and one-call closes.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and the ability to discuss these fluently with clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and follow up on leads.
• Self-motivated, with the discipline to work effectively in a remote setting.
