Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating, and has a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make strong first impressions on inbound leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or demonstrated B2B sales success
- 1 year of Inside Sales and B2B sales
- Detail-oriented and can avoid making costly mistakes
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
